Hat day was a day everyone brought their hats from home. We them sorted the hats by color, size, shape. We counted the hats of each type and then all together. I also read them a book named "Jobs" The book was about different kinds of jobs where they wear different hats. Examples being chefs, police, construction worker, firefighter, baseball player, and postal worker.
